Personal data policy

Since the 25th of May 2018, all of Europe has had a new commonlaw on the treatment of personal data: The general data protection regulation. The purpose of the new legislation is to strengthen the protection of individuals’ personal information.
The most significant changes in the personal data regulation are that you have the right to request insight, rectification or deletion of your personal information. You also have the right to oppose the processing of your personal information and to have the processing of your personal information limited.

As the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you furthermore have right to revoke your consent at any time.

In addition, you are entitled to resist the processing of your personal information for direct marketing, including targeted marketing, as well as your right to receive the personal information you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

It is important for us at Museum Jorn that we protect our guests’ and users’ personal data and comply with the principles of the regulation. We have therefore updated our privacy policy.
